Consent to Personal Data Processing

By signing up for the DenBoard service (denboard.ru) and ticking the corresponding checkbox in the sign-up form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator of the service (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.
The Operator is Akatov Alexey Nikolaevich, an individual; contact email: akatov.dev@gmail.com.
1. What data
- name;
- email address;
- membership in the service's spaces, departments and projects, roles and access rights;
- personal data I add to the service myself (tasks, comments, pages, files);
- information about my activity in the service;
- IP address, browser and device information, request date and time.
2. Purposes
- signing up, confirming my email address and signing in;
- providing the service's features, including collaboration with other members of a space;
- sending service emails;
- keeping the service secure;
- answering my requests.
3. Processing actions and methods
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating (changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.
I agree that other members of the spaces I belong to can see my name, email address and my activity within the access they have been given.
I agree that processing may be entrusted to parties that keep the service running: Yandex.Cloud LLC (emails, captcha check), Selectel JSC (file storage), and the provider of the servers that host the service.
4. Term and withdrawal
This consent remains in effect until my account is deleted or I withdraw it.
I can withdraw consent by emailing the Operator at akatov.dev@gmail.com from the address my account is registered with. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. The service cannot be used without consent, so the account will be deleted.

I confirm that I have read the service's Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy and understand my rights and obligations regarding personal data protection.
